Package

For small businesses with simple monthly activity.

  • Payroll processing for up to 3 employees

  • GST preparation and submission

  • Support for multiple bank/credit accounts

  • Monthly financial summary (PDF)

  • Priority email support 

Best for: trades, contractors, home service providers, and growing small businesses.


Business Premium Package

$695/month

Designed for businesses with multiple revenue streams, higher activity, or more complex month-end requirements.

Includes everything in Standard, plus:

  • Higher-volume activity support

  • Payroll for up to 6 employees 

  • Multiple properties or divisions or revenue streams

  • Support for multiple bank/credit accounts

  • Monthly financial summary (PDF)

  • CRA support (general inquires & correspondence review)

  • Quarterly financial review meeting

Best for: multi-location businesses, property-heavy operations, and anyone needing stronger oversight.

Construction Package

Starting at $895/month

For multi-entity, higher-volume, or more complex businesses.

 

Includes everything in STANDARD, plus:

  • High-volume vendor & material support

  • Supplier statement matching (Lafarge, Rona, Slegg, etc.)

  • Job costing assistance (light to moderate)

  • Multiple properties or divisions

  • Equipment rental/repair allocation

  • CRA support & correspondence review

  • Quarterly financial review meeting

 

Typical range: $895–$1,400+ depending on job costing and payroll complexity.
Best for: construction companies, trades with crews, and job-based businesses that need clean, timely, accurate financials.
